Boxes for ties in packaging units of 10 pieces each

In order to present ties in a shop, sell them to your customers or send them out, you need packaging that makes a high-quality impression. In addition to the development and production of customised packaging, we also have packaging in our standard range that you can purchase in small quantities.

0130 89 - in black or white

Our tie boxes of the 0130 89 series are available in white or black!

The black box is equipped with a 30 mm thick black flock foam, while the white box has a white flock foam of the same thickness.

Dimensions: 85x85x60 mm (WxDxH); lid height 20 mm

0130 06 - black

The tie boxes of the 0130 06 series is available in the colour black and can be purchased for you from a quantity of 30 pieces. The 0130 06 packaging also has a noble special feature: the particularly deep lid! This packaging is also additionally equipped with a black, 30 mm thick flock foam.

Dimensions: 90x90x70 mm (WxDxH); lid height 62 mm

0120 89 - blue

Our blue cardboard box of the 0120 89 series is also ideal for packing ties due to its size. In contrast to the products mentioned above, it is equipped with white cotton wool.

Individual tie boxes

In addition to the solutions in our standard range, our great strength lies in the development & automatic production of completely individual tie boxes. In certain formats, this is already possible from a quantity of 1,000 pieces, in special formats, however, only from a quantity of about 2,000 pieces. Afterwards you will learn more about the different possibilities around the topics box types, finishing & materials.

Formats

Over the years, especially with our tie boxes, 2 formats in particular have proven to be particularly practical and user-friendly:

90 x 90 x 70 mm
85 x 85 x 60 mm

In these sizes we produce your packaging according to your design ideas from 1,000 pieces. In addition, we also have the possibility to produce tie boxes in completely different sizes & formats. These can be much flatter, higher or larger and can therefore also contain whole sets of several ties. Please ask us about our possibilities!

Box types & materials

Especially for packing ties, liftoff boxes are currently the most common, practical and cost-effective solution for us. We can produce them without complications in our cardboard production in the south of Germany and there are virtually no limits to their shape and design.

The body of our liftoff boxes is usually punched from solid cardboard in various thicknesses. This is then erected fully automatically and glued with one of our coating papers. However, in addition to the classic liftoff boxes, we also produce other types of boxes in our cardboard production facility, the structure of which you can discover on the following page: box types. In the field of ties, another type of packaging is particularly suitable for presentation in fashion shops: the collar box. Internally, we also refer to the collar box as a sandwich box, which is due to its special structure. In addition to the classic structure of base and lid, this box has a further component attached to the underside, which is similar in design to the lid, but is firmly attached. A particularly high-quality form of packaging.

Finishing

If you want something more than just the choice of construction and materials, our finishing options come into play:

Many of our packaging in the fashion sector is always provided with a noble hot foil stamping in gold, silver or even in very bright colours. In addition to the classic variant, however, sensory refinements such as blind embossing are also possible, which you can see on the left of the picture.

Sustainable packaging for ties

One topic that neither we as a packaging manufacturer nor the fashion industry are unaffected by is our approach to the environment and the conservation of finite resources. Therefore, we make a sustained effort to create environmentally friendly packaging for ties and other accessories.

Since our company certification in 2018, we are now also able to produce packaging for ties in accordance with the FSC^® guidelines.

0731 45 – gift box

As a special tie box, we would like to point out our gift box at this point. Especially if ties are to be given away later, they are suitable as a beautiful gift box. Besides the tie itself, you can also use it to pack and give away sets of ties and cufflinks, tie pins or other accessories.

Is there also packaging for tiepins?

Can ties also be repackaged with tie knots?

Especially large-volume tie packaging protects the packed ties during transport and also at home. They offer enough space to pack the ties also with knots and therefore make them quickly ready for use. If the tie is carefully rolled up, you can also directly prevent wrinkles or creases.

How many ties do men have on average?

The answer to this question naturally depends on various factors such as age and the professional field of the respective man. If you wear suits every day at work, you can assume from a rule of thumb that 2-3 ties per outfit are sufficient. Ties are best stored in protective and space-saving tie boxes, especially when travelling.

Why the recommended formats?

Compactly packed ties have a better transport efficiency and therefore stand for little luggage or low CO2 emissions in logistics. Our recommended sizes are therefore ideal for packing and presenting ties.
