Components & Labelling
Physically, our repair bags consist of 2 parts, which are divided by means of a perforation for the purpose of clean separation:
The upper part of the repair bag is called the tear-off tab, collection card or coupon. After being filled in by the jeweller or repair service, it is given back to the customer and serves as a kind of verification of the rightful owner when the valuable item is collected. The logo of the jeweller or shop and their contact details are usually placed on the tear-off tab. In addition, there are also filling fields for the day of acceptance and the expected day of pick-up, as well as a consecutive number on the collection card, which is identical to the number on the actual repair bag. By the way, the design of the tear-off tab is completely individual with us.

The lower part of the repair bags serves the jeweller both as storage for the jewellery before and after the repair and as a recording sheet when accepting the part to be repaired. In addition to the logo and contact details of the shop, the acceptance data is recorded here: Which item of jewellery was ordered for which type of repair in the first place? Furthermore, the acceptance and collection data and the name and address of the recipient are also recorded here. The consecutive number, which is identical to the collection card, is also attached to the lower part of the repair bags.

Thanks to innovative 4-colour printing, there are virtually no limits to the design of both parts of your repair bags. You can find out more about the possibilities here: Design options.
Note: In addition to a two-part structure, we also offer repair bags in a one-part structure without tear-off tabs. Here as well, you have free design options, of course.
